PRECISION MACHINING

High-Quality, Reliable Machining

We excel at crafting parts with intricate shapes and precise tolerances due to our state-of-the-art equipment and in-house manufacturing expertise. Our array of CNC machining centers handles a range of parts, varying in size and complexity. To ensure that each component we produce is of the highest quality, we have standardized our machinery with leading brands like DMG / Mori-Seiki. With 25 CNC machines, 3 programmable CMMs, advanced parts washing equipment, tumbling/deburring machinery, and a comprehensive suite of support equipment, we are fully equipped to meet the most demanding manufacturing requirements.

Component Inspections

Part inspections are done in accordance with customer requirements and our AS9100 Quality System to ensure conforming product.

When precision machined products require heat treatment or special finishes that could affect final part sizes and/or tolerances, our programming and planning experts will adjust manufacturing routings and machining strategies to ensure final part characteristics are achieved.

We most typically program directly from the customer’s supplied CAD model.  However, we can generate our own CAD model from your 2D drawing when necessary.  Modeling and fixture development is done in Solid Works, and all CNC programming is done in MasterCAM.
